Important Notice for Overseas Customers
Who Purchased Physical Editions of 
Hi-Fi RUSH for PlayStation®5

For customers living outside Japan who purchased the Japanese or Asian PlayStation®5 physical editions of Hi-Fi RUSH (Japanese Version: ELJM-30881; Asian Versions: ELAS-11250 and ELAS-11251), we have confirmed that due to an error in the production process, some of the intended content was not included on the released game disc:

• Hi-Fi RUSH digital Deluxe Edition content

• Three DLC costume packs

We sincerely apologize for this issue and for the inconvenience it has caused.

To resolve this issue, we plan to offer the following to customers who purchased one of these products and can provide valid proof of purchase (details forthcoming):

1. A voucher code containing the missing content.

2. The option to receive a replacement disc containing both the base game and the missing content.

* Customers who live outside Japan will not need to return the original disc in order to receive a corrected replacement disc.

Both the voucher code and the optional replacement disc will be provided at no additional cost. We are currently finalizing details on the application process and the start date for requests, and will provide another update as soon as preparations are complete.
